Understand Yourself. Build Healthy Relationships. Create a Stronger Future.

My practical and supportive coaching is specifically designed to help teens and young people understand how complex trauma can affect their emotions, confidence, choices, and relationships.

Your Past Does Not Have to Define Your Future

Ongoing stress, neglect, abuse, family conflict, or other painful childhood experiences can continue to affect how you feel, think, respond, and connect with others.

These effects can sometimes be confusing or difficult to explain. You may struggle with strong emotions, low confidence, unhealthy coping habits, trust, boundaries, or relationships.  These coaching sessions will help you better understand these experiences and provide practical tools to support healing, personal growth, and a more hopeful future.
